Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
1/4 c. melted butter
1 t. mustard
1/4 t. salt
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 t. paprika
3 large potatoes, unpeeled, wedged
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
- Remove from heat; stir in rest of ingredients and mix well.
- Toss potatoes in the sauce, or coat them well with mixture, somehow.
- Bake 35 minutes, or until tender; toss them around to re-coat every 10 minutes or so.
