Chocolate Chip Cookies! (the one that hangs inside mom's cabinet)

2c flour
1tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt

1C butter
1/2C granulated sugar
3/4C brown sugar

2tsp vanilla
1 egg
2c choc. chip

375 degrees (start checking at 6-7)

  1. Make sure to HEAP both of the cups of flour.

    For softer cookies, take out the minute you see the bottoms starting to turn darker brown.

    And I go way less on the chocolate chips; like 1/4 to 1/2 cups total.
