Gwen's Mock Pierogi.


  1. For 1 hour, sautee: 2 onions in 2-4 sticks of butter, AND all contents--juice and all--of a bag of sauerkraut (1#).
  2.  A.fter one  hour, mix with prepared and strained .kluski (noodles; "Newmill," or Jewish product).
