1 Duncan Hines Pudding Recipe Yellow Cake Mix, OR ANY Yellow Cake Mix

18 oz. Cream Cheese, softened

1/3 c . Sugar

1 tsp. Lemon Juice

2 Eggs

1/3 c. oil

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Mix dry cake mix + 1  egg + 1/3 c. oil until crumbly
3. Remove 1 c., and put remaining mixture lightly in an ungreased 9x3 pan
4. Bake 15 minutes.  MEANWHILE:
5. Beat cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 egg until light and smooth
6. spread over baked layer
7. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix.
8. Bake 15 minutes more.
9. Cool/cut!
