- Poke holes in the crust with a fork. Then sprinkle with both 1 heaping Tbsp. of sugar and flour. Then pour on:
- 2 cups apples and 1/2 cup. blackberries.
- Sprinkle with 1/8 cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar.
- Add 2 cups apples and 1/2 cup blackberries.
- Again, sprinkle with 1/8 cup flour and 1/2 cup sugar.
- Put dabs of butter on top of the above fillings.
- Add the top crust, and again, poke holes in the crust with a fork (after the edges are securely sealed.
- Line the sealed edges with tinfoil.
- Bake @ 425 degrees for 25-30 (plus) minutes.
