1/2 c. OJ
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg.
1 c. butter (maybe a bit more)
dash of salt
*Rob recommends Granny Smith and/or Gala and/or Cortland.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Place apples in a 9 x 13" pan.
- Sprinkle with OJ.
- Combine remaining ingredients, cutting in butter until crumbly.
- Sprinkle over apples; OR
- *as Rob does: press and roll it out as best you can a 9 x 13" top crust.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
