1 pgk. cream cheese (8 oz.), softened
Approx. 1# white chocolate
- Blend cookies until fine.
- Pour over cream cheese; stir until all mixed.
- Roll into 3/4" balls, and place on wax paper (Cookie sheet); cover/refrigerate for at least 1 hr.
- Once cold, dip in melted chocolate
- TO MELT CHOCOLATE: place in microwave for 1 1/2 minute intervals, and sit for the same amount of time in between. Repeat until melted.
- Let dry on counter; freeze or refrigerate once set.
