1 Cup Brown Sugar
3 tsp. cinnamon (divided)
1/2 c. butter, melted

- Mix: eggs, milk, vanilla, 2 tsp. cinnamon. Pour over the bread, soaking COMPLETELY.
- Cover and refrigerate over night.
- MORNING: cover with buttered aluminum foil (so that it doesn't stick to the bake), and bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake for 5 more minutes.
SERVE:
To serve, it suggests inverting onto a warm plate. OR, simply scoop out of pan, and make sure to flip over and top with yummy bottoms!
