*Shout out to Mom and Dad's pal Su Ching from??. We met this friend while Dad took a summer Master's course when we were little kids (River Falls??). I think we just kicked it with Mom that week while Dad was in classes.
SIMPLE:
- Cut off the broccoli florets (as much as you like) and rinse.
- Heat oil to hot in a sauté pan; once hot, add broccoli, and stir around frequently until florescent green
- Sprinkle with garlic salt (don't be afraid), then pour enough water in the pan to fill at least 1/2 inch or more.
- Immediately cover, and set timer for 2 minutes (keeping it HOT).
- Drain and eat!
