1 can creamed corn
1 can regular corn
1 egg,
1 stick of butter
jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 box
1 cup sour cream.
Mix everything together and bake at 350.
Sometimes I cut back on the amount of sour cream and butter; it seams like so much. It always seems to turn out the same. I just cook it until it looks like a pot pie, usually around 30 minutes.
